We do not simply make suits.

True luxury extends beyond the garment itself. It is the assurance that your investment is protected — that if anything falls short, it will be made right swiftly, discreetly, and with the same attention to detail that went into its making.

This is the Lorenti Craftsmanship Pledge.

1. Peace of Mind Guarantee — Your Investment, Fully Protected

If your garment arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we will resolve it at no cost to you.

What “incorrect” means:

The fabric, color, or pattern does not match your confirmed order

The style elements (lapel type, button stance, pocket style, vents, etc.) are not as specified

The garment is made in the wrong size category (factory size vs. custom)

In such cases:

We will remake or replace the garment at our expense

All shipping, handling, and associated costs are covered by us

We will prioritize your order for the fastest possible resolution

2. Complimentary Fit Assurance — 60-Day Window

Even with precise measurements, fine tailoring may require finishing touches. For eligible adjustments, we provide up to $100 in alteration credit for work done by your trusted local tailor.

Details:

Covers necessary adjustments to achieve the intended fit (e.g., sleeve length, trouser hem, waist suppression)

Credit amount is based on the scope of the adjustment, not additional stylistic changes

Submit your alteration receipt and order details within 60 days of receiving your suit

3. Fit Remake Option

If your suit’s fit is significantly off beyond what local tailoring can reasonably adjust, Lorenti will remake your garment at no cost.

Requirements:

Notify us within 60 days of delivery

Provide clear photos and your original order number

For remakes, measurements will be reviewed against your original submission and order specifications — we cannot accept entirely new measurements or style changes, as these fall outside the scope of correcting a production issue

4. What Is Not Covered

Our policy is crafted to be fair, clear, and generous — while protecting the integrity of bespoke work:

Alterations or modifications that change the intended design (e.g., converting a notch lapel to a peak lapel)

Adjustments made for personal style preference rather than to correct fit or accuracy (e.g., slimming a cut you originally ordered to be relaxed)

Alterations exceeding $100 in total cost — our policy is designed for reasonable adjustments, not full redesigns

Wear and tear, damage due to improper care, or alterations performed before contacting us about a concern
